1.

Gary Hawkins request to appear before Council to discuss the rental of Freedom Park.   

2.

Vote on Second Reading on a Master Plan Amendment for the Williamsburg Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 0 Stephanie Avenue. The subject properties are identified as Effingham County Tax Parcel Numbers R2440001C00 and R2440001A00. The proposed amendment revises the approved Master Plan to allow for a total of 74 townhomes, including 54 previously approved units and the addition of 24 townhomes on property formerly designated as a Professional Center.

3.

Approve a proposal from GMC to develop the Downtown Rincon Design Framework & Guidelines – Phase 1. The project cost is $55,000.

First reading of an Ordinance to amend the Municipal Charter for the City of Rincon, Georgia pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 36-35-3.

5.

Consideration to amend the City of Rincon Personnel Policy sections 005 Payroll and Pay Days and 065 Attendance and Leave Policy.

6.

Request approval to renew Georgia Interlocal Risk Management Agency (GIRMA) Property and Liability Insurance Program for 2026-2027 in the amount of $284,462.00.

7.

Request approval to upgrade the City Club Golf Course Cart Barn.
